Most extended benefits plans cover all the services under our clinic.

Some extended health plans may offer 100% coverage and unlimited visits. Other health plans may work similar to a bank account, where you can “spend” up to a certain dollar amount as you see fit. While some health policies allow direct and electronic billing, some won’t. Only your specific plan provider can give you the details about your coverage and billing.

Some benefits plans will only reimburse the expense if it has been referred by a physician, please check with your insurance provider if this is the case before coming to the clinic.

We do accept direct billing for Psychotherapy services under Greenshield.

Direct billing for Osteopathy and Chiropody are not yet allowed for a handful of insurance companies, one of which includes Sunlife.

We require upfront payment for products prior to ordering. We will provide you with a valid receipt required to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please make sure you have, in most cases, a prescription indicating the need for the products, in order for them to be covered by insurance.
