Student Care Network

Our Circle of Care strive for excellence by providing accessibility and affordability for students with health services at our clinic.

Circle Care Physiotherapy is a part of the Student Care Network. We can accept all insurances offered by Canadian universities and colleges. This network allows our students to receive the best health care at little-to-no cost.

How it works?

To be eligible for the student care discounts and special rates, you must be actively involved in a college or university's health insurance plan which is listed under the Student Care Network. This program will generally cover 60 – 80% of most treatments (talk with your school insurance to determine what is covered by your insurance). There may be a very small co-payment; however, we do our best to ensure that you receive your treatment for as low a price as possible.

Circle Care Physiotherapy provide direct billing for all services. Once you book in your initial assessment, provide us with your insurance information and student ID, and we will take care of the rest.

However, it is recommended that you check what insurance company you are covered with and what specific products and services you are covered for.

Student Care Network Prices:

Physiotherapy: $45 for initial and $35 for follow-ups!

Chiropractic: $40 for the initial and $25 for the follow-ups!

Not a part of the Student Care Network?

We offer a 10% discounted rate to students too.
